Legal Advisor

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in law or a Master's degree, and must be licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience working in a law firm, with a minimum of 3 years in the corporate sector, which should include experience either in labor courts or as in-house counsel. Proficiency in legal software and databases is essential. The candidate must be knowledgeable in commercial contract law, including the drafting and reviewing of agreements, as well as having experience in distribution law, privacy law, and tenancy law. Strong drafting, communication (both written and verbal), and negotiation skills are necessary for this role. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates should ideally be based in a central location in the region (Riyadh).
