About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a
Coordinator - Marketing to join the team in
Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Assist the Director/Manager/Asst. Manager in coordinating marketing initiatives and providing administrative support for day-to-day marketing operations.
- Support brand consistency by assisting in the development of hotel-level brand assets and maintaining an organized artwork archive.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for content creation, including coordinating photo and video shoots and assisting in maintaining the hotel’s image library.
- Support PR activities by assisting with media requests, updating media kits, coordinating PR-related logistics, and compiling monthly PR reports.
- Assist in the coordination of social media efforts, including supporting social media shoots, scheduling posts as needed, and preparing basic performance reports.
- Assist with digital marketing activities, including updating website content, tracking campaign performance, and compiling reports.
- Assist in the coordination of loyalty-related initiatives and campaigns, including maintaining CRM/email distribution calendars and supporting email campaign execution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as securing supplier quotes, raising purchase requests and invoices, liaising with Finance for payments, and assisting with competitor analysis reports.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, German, Arabic, Mandarin or French) would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
- 1 year of Marketing experience gained within a leading global luxury hospitality or recognized global luxury brand
