The Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by implementing strategies set forth by the Portfolio Manager. This role focuses on project digitization, operational automation, and process innovation to improve overall efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Additionally, the Experience Manager ensures the seamless integration of smart technologies to optimize building operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience & Service Provider Management: Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and address customer queries within 12 working hours. Oversee service providers' adherence to KPIs and SLAs, ensuring site conditions meet organizational standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Mollak: Oversee the timely preparation and submission of budgets, financial audits, and compliance documentation in accordance with legal and industry requirements.
  • Owners Committee Management: Facilitate quarterly committee meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure compliance with Law No. (6) of 2019.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Ensure the timely submission of monthly performance reports, maintain digital records, and update the knowledge base for efficient customer service.
  • Procurement & Contract Management: Conduct tender processes in alignment with RERA guidelines, negotiate contracts, and implement strategies to achieve 5-10% annual cost savings.
  • Automation & Innovation: Drive process automation, integrate energy-efficient solutions, and uphold a zero-paper policy across all projects.
  • Financial & Lease Management: Monitor and manage operational expenses, prevent service disruptions, and ensure prompt response to leasing inquiries within four working hours.
  • Training & Standards Implementation: Uphold KAIZEN quality standards, conduct staff training sessions, and ensure that all assigned buildings meet the required operational benchmarks.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in community or property management is a big plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our wonderful residents and stakeholders.
  • A friendly demeanor and a knack for problem-solving, especially in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – we love keeping things in order!
  • Comfortable using community management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • A knowledge of local community management laws is desirable but not mandatory.
