Develop and monitor performance to develop sales and profitability in accordance with the defined business strategy

Ensure the implementation of good practices and compliance with procedures.

Functional Accountabilities

• Provide periodical technical training as well as continuous coaching and extend support to associates in the stores
• Act as a first point of contact for fresh department to bridge the gap between operations, commercial and supply chain
• Support in product innovation (including conversions, new recipes, and creating new products)
• Perform periodical store visits to ensure compliance
• Monitor the store’s performance for Fresh Department including sales, margin, waste and provide solutions to improve performance
• Responsible for new implementations that come from the Operations Center of Excellence
• Provide weekly insights to commercial and Operations Center of Excellence on competitors’ activities
• Act as a subject matter expert for new item listing in term of quality

Education

High School and above

Experience, Skills & Competencies

7 years of technical experience in relative fresh food section

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)

Ability to take and lead initiatives
