Job Description

  • Sell the entire range of Personal Banking products to potential retail prospects & to maintain strong relationships with existing clients of the bank.
  • To achieve service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as well as the product campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal/ written skills.
  • Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.
  • Graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years banking sales experience (Tele Sales experience Mandatory)
  • Has strong Sales and customer focus and ability to think creatively and work under pressure.
  • Ensure to meet 100% on control parameters and policy set by the bank audit team
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Bi Lingual mandatory )
  • Adherence to discipline and punctuality
  • Work From Home ( Remote Working).

Qualifications

  • Achieve monthly sales targets consistently in the financial year.
  • Contact potential and existing customer via phone to introduce and promote banking products.
  • Understand the customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Present and sell all personal banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to enhance the cross sell opportunities.
  • Handling objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Processing of the request or offer given to the customer on timely basis.
