JOB TITLE
Stock Controller | Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle | Warehouse
ROLE SUMMARY
Stock Controller will be responsible for effectively managing, back of house team, stock and all products within the store, to ensure compliance with all Company Health & Safety and Security regulations. To ensure that the stock room is organized, and that stock is recorded correctly and available as per business requirements.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support store replenishment by preparing stock order from warehouse and maintaining accurate stock level records.
- Immediately report products with manufacturing defect to the buying, planning and operations teams.
- Liaise with buying regarding returns from customers due to quality issues and follow up with inventory control team to adjust stock against approved credit note.
- Follow up with local vendors regarding replacement and repair for customers.
- Ensure audits are completed as per Company requirement, and that discrepancies are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
- Train, coach and develop new staff on stockroom standards as per company and brand processes and policies.
- Support internal teams as and when required with stock reservations, transfer requests and inventory queries ensuring optimum customer focus.
- Manage stock take operation as per the company processes and policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school certificate
- 3-4 years’ experience in back of house and inventory
- Organizational Skills
