A private household is seeking a Household Assistant. <\/strong><\/p>

The primary responsibility of this role is to support and cater to the family's needs while managing daily household tasks. We are on the lookout for an energetic, innovative, and versatile individual with strong problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be willing to travel with the family, and be able to adapt to a flexible working schedule.<\/p>

This is a fixed-term position running from March to June 2025. Candidates must already be residing in Dubai. <\/strong><\/p>

    • Experience in guest or customer service.
    • Flexible in schedule and willing to meet the demands of a complex operation.
    • Driver’s Licence
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
    • Strict diligence to details
    • Ability to cook and open to learn new skills
    • Positive attitude
    • University degree/ Higher Education- ideally Wellness and Hospitality, Management, Food and hygiene, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, serving, and presenting meals, snacks, tea, canapés, cocktails, and other food and beverage items.
  • Managing the household, including planning and overseeing regular services and deliveries.
  • Handling correspondence (visiting post offices, processing returns, receiving deliveries).
  • Keeping records and conducting inventory of household purchases.
  • Assisting with packing and unpacking parcels.
  • Organizing and managing household supplies, closets, and storage areas.
  • Greeting and welcoming all guests to the home.
  • Running errands, grocery shopping, placing online orders, etc.
  • Acting as a point of contact in emergencies, inspecting and securing the property, informing management, security services, and law enforcement.
  • Sourcing the best prices and purchasing necessary household goods.
  • Monitoring and reporting on household budgets and expenses.
