Job Description

• Treated all out-patient wards including rheumatological, neurological, pediatrics, orthopedics, medical and surgical rehabilitation
• Assisted in the hands-on training in all aspects of patients management diagnosis and treatment
• Assisted in rehabilitative treatment of spinal cord demonstration in physiotherapy science subject.
• Attended all the regular clinical meetings and ward rounds
• Statistical analysis and maintenance of all the progress records of patients quarterly and yearly
• Also gained knowledge on topics which include health and flexibility training, cardiovascular fitness
• Application of techniques includes fields such as biomechanics, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, manual manipulations, PT in cardio respiratory, orthopedics and neurology.
• Educating the patient to increase or maintain muscle strength sufficient for the patient level of functioning
• Improve efficiency and safety of gait pattern.
• Participate in facility quality program and be member of quality committees if chosen.
• Any other work assigned by the Head of the Dept within the scope of the job.
• Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports
• Actively participate in the hospital on-going Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Programs and other In-Service Training Programs
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

BS in Physiotherapy

At least 2 years' experience in similar organization

Licensure in UAE
