We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for executives or teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.
  • Support HR functions such as processing leave requests and employee documentation.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional office environment.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
