Position: Telecalling Agent
Project: KYC Remediation
Location: Umm Ramool/ DSO
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Telecalling Agents to support a leading bank’s KYC (Know Your Customer) remediation project. The role involves reaching out to customers to verify, update, and collect required KYC documents, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to inform them about KYC document requirements.
- Guide customers on document submission processes via digital and physical channels.
- Verify customer details and update records in the banking system accurately.
- Address customer queries regarding KYC requirements and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Follow compliance guidelines and maintain data confidentiality.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or banking operations.
- Strong communication skills in English / Arabic.
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and KYC norms is a plus.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using banking applications and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with KYC processes.
