Position: Telecalling Agent

Location: Umm Ramool/ DSO

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Telecalling Agents to support a leading bank’s KYC (Know Your Customer) remediation project. The role involves reaching out to customers to verify, update, and collect required KYC documents, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to inform them about KYC document requirements.
  • Guide customers on document submission processes via digital and physical channels.
  • Verify customer details and update records in the banking system accurately.
  • Address customer queries regarding KYC requirements and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and maintain data confidentiality.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or banking operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English / Arabic.
  • Basic knowledge of banking regulations and KYC norms is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using banking applications and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with KYC processes.
