Job Title: Secretary – Construction Industry
Location: Courtyard, Sheikh Zayed, Egypt
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Job Description:
Delta Construction Co. is looking for a highly organized and proactive
Secretary to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist in daily operations within our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for management and staff.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents.
- Assist in procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking supplies.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
- Handle data entry and maintain construction project records.
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Background in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and proactive attitude.
