Job Description

Part of the responsibilities will be as follows (but not limited to):

  • Generate periodic reports on project progress, HR activities, and administrative updates for the General Manager.
  • Monitor and flag upcoming deadlines for renewals, permits, or certifications.
  • Liaise with UAE HR on crew travel requirements and planning.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
  • Act as the focal point between the General Manager, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Organize and maintain schedules for meetings, follow-ups, and key deadlines.
  • Prepare, manage, and organize documentation, records, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all project documents are updated and accessible.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and procurement processes for the Al Khobar office.
