Job Description
Part of the responsibilities will be as follows (but not limited to):
- Generate periodic reports on project progress, HR activities, and administrative updates for the General Manager.
- Monitor and flag upcoming deadlines for renewals, permits, or certifications.
- Liaise with UAE HR on crew travel requirements and planning.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Act as the focal point between the General Manager, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure alignment and project success.
- Organize and maintain schedules for meetings, follow-ups, and key deadlines.
- Prepare, manage, and organize documentation, records, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all project documents are updated and accessible.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and procurement processes for the Al Khobar office.
