Warehouse & Shipping Shift Supervisor

Your Job

This position will be responsible for advancing culture among the team members by effectively playing Responsibilities of Supervisor role. This role will focus to achieve smooth plant operations in shifts, engagement of team members and driving operations vision into action.

What You Will Do

• Ensure the operators are in safe environment, health, and zero risks.
• Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations & developing measures to assure personnel safety.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping Warehouse & shipping area organized, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Directly supervising the warehouse & Shipping employees.
• Assure the plant rules are consistently enforced, training employees in safety and loss control.
• Make sure that the work tools are safe in the workplace.
• Arrange the warehouse locations for the running products & ensure the location accuracy.
• Monitor & Maintain inventory of Warehouse & shipping supplies to ensure that items are always available for use.
• Monitor employee performance, counsel employees with work performance problems, and provide feedback and coaching.
• 100% adherence to Pre-shift inspection checklist & take necessary action if found not OK.
• Ensure the smooth running of WH&S and achieve the Shipping Monthly Target.

• Experience of leading a high performing team as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in adapting to transformation and bringing change to the people, process, and company that will create the greatest value.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Very good level of English language.
• Willing and able to work a rotating shift schedule .
• Having experience on coaching, training, and developing of employees.
• Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
