Launched in 2019, Taptap is tapping into a transformative shift in global finance: from banks to phones. Responsibilities

  • Keep an organized, tidy, and positive office environment where employees feel welcome and productive.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and office budgets to ensure the office is fully supplied with daily necessities.
  • Support the locally based SEO and CEO as well as occasional visits from executives based in other locations with logistics, events, and ad hoc support.
  • Support in the sourcing, negotiation, and migration process to a new office if required.
  • Handle customer visits to the office, ensuring a welcoming experience and effectively addressing their queries.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor, interpret, and report key metrics to recommend improvements to office and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work in the office daily.
  • Proven experience in office management and executive support roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • A proactive, “own it” mindset with a commitment to excellence in both individual and team outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
