During your tenure, as a Senior Consultant/ Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of engagements or will own modules of larger projects. This includes leading the approach, liaising with clients and other parties, and directing the activities of individuals within the team.
- Involvement in business development and marketing activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies.
- Projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience.
- Deep sector expertise and manages engagements across accounts within chosen industry/sector.
- New and innovative approaches to analyzing data and solving problems to help draw meaningful conclusions.
- New ideas that challenge conventional thinking and recognizes opportunities where others may not.

Qualifications
- Master’s or MBA degree from a reputable university preferred.
- Business fluency in both English and Arabic.
- At least 3 - 6 years of previous work experience, preferably within a large organization's finance team and/or a professional services firm.
- Ability to write, structure and present client-ready work.
- Demonstrated success on change projects.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Leadership potential.
- Full travel mobility.
