Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking a BMS Presales and Design Engineer to support a prominent client in the realm of Building Management Systems (BMS). This pivotal role focuses on the design, estimation, and technical support for BMS bids, working in close collaboration with the Sales and Project Execution teams to guarantee effective solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and estimate BMS bids for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to aid in bid estimation and preparation.
- Provide technical support and assist with bids in collaboration with regional technical teams.
- Facilitate the project handover process to the Project Execution team.
- Enhance and refine bid estimation processes and competencies.
This role demands a proactive approach to project delivery and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years in BMS design, estimation, or a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in BMS design and estimation for new and upgrade projects.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Independent, resourceful, and results-oriented.
