Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage, and handle all incoming calls alongside digital dispatch systems.
  • Engage in daily communication with drivers and customers to ensure a smooth operational workflow.
  • Oversee and confirm that all deliveries and pickups are executed punctually for optimal accuracy.
  • Foster the professional development of staff members through continuous coaching focused on quality, accountability, reliability, and productivity.
  • Contribute to daily operations by maintaining punctuality and effectiveness.

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Fresh Graduates up to 2 years of experience preferably in a call center.
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
  • At least Good level of English.
