Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, manage, and handle all incoming calls alongside digital dispatch systems.
Engage in daily communication with drivers and customers to ensure a smooth operational workflow.
Oversee and confirm that all deliveries and pickups are executed punctually for optimal accuracy.
Foster the professional development of staff members through continuous coaching focused on quality, accountability, reliability, and productivity.
Contribute to daily operations by maintaining punctuality and effectiveness.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Fresh Graduates up to 2 years of experience preferably in a call center.
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
At least Good level of English.
