Design Director - Residential Subdistrict (ENT615)

As the Design Director - Residential Subdistrict at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will take the lead in defining the vision and design strategy for residential subdistricts within our ambitious project. This role involves extensive collaboration with various stakeholders to create master plans that are not only visually stunning but also functionally perfect, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall living experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the master planning process for residential subdistricts, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including urban planners, landscape designers, and engineers to create cohesive and integrated designs.
• Prepare and present design concepts and master plans to internal teams, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct site analysis to adapt designs to the environmental and social context of the subdistrict.
• Establish design standards and guidelines that promote sustainable practices and enhance community living.
• Lead community engagement sessions to gather feedback and input on design proposals.
• Monitor project progress and review designs to ensure compliance with project goals, timelines, and budget.
• Stay informed about current trends in residential design and urban development and apply best practices to projects.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their design development and professional growth.
