ملخص الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مشرف معرض يتمتع بخبرة في إدارة وتشغيل المرافق الترفيهية لضمان تقديم تجربة ممتعة وآمنة للزوار. سيكون المشرف مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، تحسين الأداء البيعي، وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية، بالإضافة إلى ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة العمليات اليومية في الفرع المعين، بما في ذلك الألعاب، المرافق، والخدمات الترفيهية.
• الإشراف على الفريق لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الأداء وخدمة العملاء.
• تحقيق الأهداف البيعية من خلال تقديم عروض جذابة وتحفيز المبيعات.
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة وإجراء الفحوصات الدورية للمرافق والألعاب.
• التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء لضمان رضاهم وتحسين تجربتهم.
• تحليل أداء الألعاب والجذب الترفيهي واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين الأداء.
• التنسيق مع الإدارة العليا وإعداد التقارير الدورية حول الأداء والتحديات التشغيلية.

المتطلبات:

• الخبرة: 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في الإشراف على المرافق الترفيهية أو تشغيل الألعاب.
• التعليم: يفضل شهادة في إدارة الأعمال، الضيافة، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• المهارات: مهارات قيادية، تواصل فعال، خدمة العملاء، وإدارة العمليات.
• اللغات: إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• الموقع: العمل في العثيم مول المذنب، المذنب، القصيم، في أحد الفروع الترفيهية التالية:
• Saffori Land
• Xtreme Inflatable
• Ferris Wheel
• Drop Tower
• Zip Line

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Store Supervisor with experience in managing and operating entertainment facilities to ensure a fun and safe experience for visitors. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving sales performance, and providing exceptional customer service, in addition to ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the assigned branch, including rides, attractions, and entertainment services.
• Supervise the team to ensure adherence to performance and customer service standards.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing attractive offers and driving revenue.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections of facilities and rides.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Analyze ride and attraction performance and take necessary actions to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with senior management and prepare periodic reports on performance and operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in supervising entertainment facilities or ride operations.
• Education: Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Skills: Leadership, effective communication, customer service, and operations management.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Location: The position is based at Al Othaim Mall Al Midhnab, Al Midhnab, Al Qasim, within one of the following entertainment branches:
• Saffori Land
• Xtreme Inflatable
• Ferris Wheel
• Drop Tower
• Zip Line
