Junior 2D Event Planning and Visitor Journey

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design 2D visual content for event layouts, signage, and promotional materials that align with the event's theme and objectives.
  • Plan and design visitor journey elements, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from entrance to exit.
  • Collaborate with event managers and other stakeholders to create floor plans, maps, and 2D visual displays that enhance visitor engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of event branding, including graphic design, signage, and other visual materials that provide clear navigation and communication.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, digital content, and printed materials for event promotions and visitor interaction.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in event design and visitor experience to ensure the creation of modern, effective, and innovative visuals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, event planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and any relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of event planning processes and visitor journey concepts.
  • Creative thinking and ability to translate event concepts into compelling visual designs.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring the vision is effectively translated into design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating prior work related to 2D design for events, layouts, or visitor experiences is a plus.
