MOZN seeks a proactive and strategic Senior FP&A Manager to spearhead our Financial Planning & Analysis operations in a rapidly evolving AI technology development and solutions landscape. In this pivotal position, you will serve as the primary finance partner to business leaders, offering actionable insights and enhancing financial performance across our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning to facilitate informed decision-making.

Benefits:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Lead the annual budget cycle, long-term strategic planning, and rolling forecasts.
  • Enhance financial models that support growth initiatives, revenue forecasts, and cost management.
  • Manage P&L, conduct cash flow analyses, and perform scenario planning to guide strategic initiatives.

Business Partnership & Decision Support:

  • Collaborate closely with leaders across business lines to boost operational efficiencies and financial outcomes.
  • Deliver insightful financial reporting, dashboards, and analyses to facilitate commercial decision-making.
  • Detect risks and opportunities, proactively suggesting actions to improve profitability.

Financial Reporting & Insights:

  • Establish and automate crucial performance metrics and financial reports.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analyses to support executive leadership and board presentations.
  • Continuously refine FP&A processes through the use of tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, cultivating a high-performance environment.
  • Enhance cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring finance is recognized as a vital strategic partner.
  • Drive efficient processes and implement best practices in FP&A to align with the company's growth trajectory.

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Experience in a high-growth tech company, SaaS, or digital business preferred. 
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and data visualization skills.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
