As a Sales Associate in our Retail Department at THA Venues, Parks & Resorts, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service while promoting our merchandise and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with their purchases, maintaining the appearance of the retail space, and contributing to sales goals through effective merchandising and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in the retail store, providing detailed information about products and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the guest shopping experience.
• Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promote special offers or new products.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and upcoming promotions to assist guests effectively.
