Our Residential Business Unit is leading the development of multiple residential projects, with the first phase of construction set to begin towards the end of this year already !
As a Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Qiddiya’s residential offering, guiding projects from concept through design approvals and into construction. You will help ensure that each development is planned and executed to the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and market alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of specific residential products, such as high-rise towers / apartment buildings, mid-range apartments, staff accommodation or villas and townhouses.
- Manage projects through all development phases, from feasibility analysis and design coordination to pre-construction and contractor selection.
- Navigate stage gate processes effectively, ensuring seamless approvals and alignment with Qiddiya’s overall development strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including design teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, clearly communicating project vision, progress, and business cases to senior leadership and external partners.
- Stay ahead of market trends, incorporating best practices in residential development to enhance livability and long-term value.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering real estate development projects.
- Previous experience in residential development and a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
- Specialisation in residential projects, ideally in the Middle East.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
