Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Cairo. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients in the GCC market. As a BDR, you will be responsible for lead generation, outbound prospecting, and setting up high-quality sales meetings with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential customers through research, cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Qualify Leads – Assess client needs, budget, and fit for our SaaS solutions.
  • Set Up Sales Meetings – Work closely with the Sales team to schedule high-value meetings with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records in CRM, track progress, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Market Research – Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities in the GCC region.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, improve engagement strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B SaaS sales / business development, preferably in the GCC market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS products and how they deliver value to businesses.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: A results-oriented professional with experience in cold outreach and lead qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving targets and strategies.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is a must
