PetroApp is seeking a visionary Group HR Director to oversee our HR strategy across multiple regions, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, and Nigeria. This senior leadership role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be crucial in aligning HR initiatives with our global business goals. The ideal candidate will excel in driving organizational change, building high-performance cultures, and nurturing talent across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support PetroApp’s vision and align with regional business objectives.
  • Lead the HR functions across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, and Nigeria, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a robust pipeline of skills and capabilities in line with our growth ambitions.
  • Champion employee engagement and implement programs that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with senior management to influence organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs.
  • Lead and mentor the regional HR teams, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring alignment with HR best practices.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to address HR challenges and leverage HR as a key driver of business success.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies across diverse geographical locations.
  • Strong knowledge of international HR best practices and local employment laws in the regions covered.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages will be an advantage.
