Performance & Reporting Director DMO (DEL-233)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Performance & Reporting Director for the Development Management Office (DMO) (DEL-233). In this key role, you will be responsible for leading performance management and reporting efforts within the DMO, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and commitment to excellence.

As the Performance & Reporting Director, you will oversee risks, reporting, data management and resource management team within the Development Management Office that drive operational efficiency. Your insights and strategic direction will play a crucial role in enhancing decision-making capabilities and optimizing project performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Performance and reporting director, who will lead risks, reporting, data management and resource management team within the Development Management Office on Resort Core.
• Developing project controls standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls.
• Co-ordinate the implementation of the risk management plan.
• Progress, cost and risk monitoring and analysis.
• Provide monthly and weekly reports.
• Establish reporting structures, tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
