In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and development of large-scale festival grounds that will serve as a premier venue for cultural, entertainment, and sporting events in Saudi Arabia.

Your expertise in land development and project management will be crucial to curating spaces that enhance the guest experience and accommodate a variety of large-scale events. Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, you will ensure that our festival grounds align with our overarching vision while meeting the needs of event organizers and attendees alike.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development process for large festival grounds, from initial concept through project completion
• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to inform design and development decisions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve project deliverables
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met
• Engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and local communities
