Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Planning Manager (DEL - 192) to join our fast-paced team dedicated to transforming the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia. In this strategic role, you will oversee the planning processes for a specific projects within the Qiddiya development, ensuring that all initiatives are effectively organized and executed to meet project goals and timelines.
Your leadership will be essential in developing comprehensive planning frameworks, scheduling activities, and monitoring progress across multiple projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning function for one of Qiddiya's largest precincts, including the creation of detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to align objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, analyzing variances and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Utilize advanced project management tools to track project performance and produce detailed reports for senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met and objectives are understood.
- Mentor and develop the planning team, promoting best practices in project management and scheduling.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in planning and project management, preferably within large-scale development or construction projects.
- Proven expertise in project scheduling methodologies and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex project data and make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaborative work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project conditions in a fast-paced environment.
