As a Hostess at the Grand Club, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional and consistent service to our esteemed guests.
This role entails welcoming guests to the executive floor and lounge, overseeing the inventory management of the outlet, and providing assistance to service staff as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Grand Club Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the executive floor and lounge on a daily basis.
We seek candidates with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Executive Floor and lounge segment of hotel operations.
Exceptional customer service skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for success in this position.
