Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals and transform concepts into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and objectives.
Manage the creative process from initial ideation to final delivery, ensuring the highest standards of design quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Create and refine visual identities, logos, typography, color palettes, and other design elements, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand’s message.
Mentor and provide direction to junior and mid-level designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them improve their design skills.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain innovation and ensure the work remains fresh and relevant.
Oversee the production process for print and digital materials, working closely with vendors and ensuring designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
Take ownership of multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet both client expectations and brand standards.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and making necessary revisions based on feedback.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborative design initiatives, driving creative solutions for complex visual challenges.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, and digital design.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design software.
Proven experience leading design projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present, explain, and defend design decisions to clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
Solid understanding of current design trends, web and mobile design standards, and emerging technologies.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
