We are seeking a
detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain electronic and paper documents in an organized system.
- Ensure proper classification, indexing, and storage of documents.
- Handle document distribution, retrieval, and archiving as per company policies.
- Review and update records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Control document versions and revisions to prevent errors.
- Support teams by providing timely access to important documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for document submissions.
- Assist in audits, compliance checks, and regulatory documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, Records Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
