We are looking for a
professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally.
- Process payments, invoices, and room charges accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel options.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update databases.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
