We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Process payments, invoices, and room charges accurately.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel options.
  • Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update databases.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
