We are looking for a
customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds as per company procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries.
