We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds as per company procedures.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries.
