- Prepare the concept design inspiration, mood board and material selection in accordance to the design program and requirements.
- Provide the 3D modeling and detailed design of interior spaces and exterior architecture.
- Proven post-qualification experience in producing high-quality architectural / interior still images and animations.
- Fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Experience with animation, video, and compositing would be beneficial.
- Ability to create extremely photo-realistic Exterior, Landscape Visuals, and Animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and advanced Lumion.
- Select the look and feel of materials and furniture and assist in the selection of furniture items and objects.
Requirements
- Experience: From 3 years’ experience to 5 years.
- Degree in Architecture or interior design.
- Ability to take on multiple tasks and coordinate to ensure they are delivered on time.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position and a solid work portfolio.
- Strong conceptual, 3D modeling, graphic and design skills.
- Must be an expert user of 3D Max, Vray, corona, Auto-cad, Adobe Photoshop suite.
- Must have a strong design portfolio including 3D rendering of residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
