- Manage and follow signed maintenance contracts and direct the daily works & activities of the maintenance team to match the agreed schedules and be able to get to the customer satisfaction and the best for the business.
- Prepare & Manage maintenance schedules, service and troubleshooting of fire protection systems for maintenance projects
- Designing & quoting of small projects.
- Manage installation and commissioning works
- Handle new orders and chargeable jobs.
- Arrange Programming fire alarm panels
- Arrange & Attend Meetings with clients & consultants.
- Receive complaint from customers and recognize and deal with the problem
- Organizing the work schedule of supervisors and technicians
- Follow the periodic invoicing of contract
- Coordinate with the related party for material delivery and site work progress to match committed schedules.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and be an effective part of a team.
- Good computer skills
- 2-3 years experience within the same field.
