Pipeline Gurus is hiring on behalf of a leading beauty and cosmetics e-commerce brand in Cairo. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Specialist who can craft engaging stories, drive audience growth, and develop high-quality bilingual content (English & Arabic). Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Instagram & TikTok):
- Plan and execute creative content strategies tailored for Instagram and TikTok.
- Create 5 Instagram posts and reels, plus 5–7 stories weekly.
- Produce 3–4 engaging TikTok videos weekly using trending formats, sounds, and editing techniques.
- Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, and mentions to grow the community.
- Monitor trends, challenges, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Content Writing (English & Arabic):
- Write and deliver 5 well-researched, SEO-optimized articles weekly (700–1000 words each).
- Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and culturally relevant in both languages.
- Upload articles to the backend system with proper formatting, images, and SEO metadata.
- Conduct in-depth research to create valuable, trend-driven content aligned with audience interests.
- Proofread and edit all written material to maintain top-notch quality.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts, videos, and written content.
- Use insights to refine strategies and report progress to the team.
