Integrant Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant II to join our team and support financial operations in our Egypt and Jordan locations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bills, and expenses.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management and external auditors.
- Handle vendor communication and manage invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Perform bank-related activities, including transfers, withdrawals, and issuing statements.
- Calculate and process withholding tax (WH Tax) accurately.
- Create and maintain organized vendor files to support legal and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
- Provide timely assistance with accounting-related requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (English section) with a minimum grade of "Good."
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Language: Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced functions.
- Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
