المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • مراجعة وإعداد وصياغة العقود القانونية والاتفاقيات التجارية لضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.
  • تقديم المشورة القانونية بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بالعقود التجارية، ومذكرات التفاهم، واتفاقيات الشراكة، والمشتريات، والتوريد، والخدمات.
  • التفاوض بشأن العقود مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لضمان تحقيق أفضل المصالح للشركة وتقليل المخاطر القانونية.
  • تحليل المخاطر القانونية المرتبطة بالعقود والاتفاقيات وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمعالجتها.
  • العمل مع الفرق الداخلية، مثل المالية، والمشتريات، والعمليات لضمان تنفيذ العقود وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
  • متابعة التغييرات القانونية والتنظيمية التي قد تؤثر على العقود التجارية والامتثال القانوني للشركة.
  • إدارة وحفظ العقود القانونية وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية وحماية حقوق الشركة.
  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين القانونيين الخارجيين عند الحاجة والاستفادة من خبراتهم القانونية في القضايا المعقدة.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة حول العقود القانونية والمخاطر المحتملة والامتثال القانوني.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة العقود القانونية، ويفضل في قطاع العقارات أو التجزئة.
  • معرفة واسعة بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية والدولية المتعلقة بالمعاملات التجارية والعقود.
  • مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على تحليل المخاطر القانونية وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية ممتازة، مع قدرة على التعامل مع عدة عقود في وقت واحد.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتواصل بفعالية مع مختلف الإدارات.

lJob Responsibilities

  • :Review, draft, and prepare legal contracts and commercial agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • .Provide legal advice on matters related to commercial contracts, memorandums of understanding (MoUs), partnerships, procurement, supply, and service agreements
  • .Negotiate contracts with internal and external parties to safeguard the company’s interests and minimize legal risks
  • .Analyze legal risks associated with contracts and agreements and propose appropriate solutions
  • .Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, procurement, and operations to ensure proper contract execution
  • .Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes that may impact commercial contracts and compliance
  • .Manage and maintain legal contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the company’s rights
  • .Coordinate with external legal consultants when necessary to leverage their expertise on complex legal matters
  • .Provide periodic reports to management on legal contracts, potential risks, and compliance status

.Qualifications and Experience

  • :Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
  • .Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal contract management, preferably in the real estate or retail sector
  • .Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations related to commercial transactions and contracts
  • .Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze legal risks and develop solutions
  • .Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • .Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • .Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with different departments
