What is Dwamk?
Dwamk brings work and university schedules, alarms and sleep tracking together. It helps you see your next shift and upcoming work and rest days, with your day’s details in Arabic and English.
How do I set up my work schedule?
In the app’s Settings, open the schedule type and choose daytime work, shifts, rotating shifts or university. Set the details for your chosen type, then check Work and Calendar to confirm the days and times.
What should I do if an alarm or reminder does not work?
Check the next alarm time and its settings in the app, and make sure notifications and alarms are permitted in your iPhone settings. Alerts can be affected by permissions, system conditions and power availability. Keep an alternative alarm available when needed, and contact support if the issue continues.
Can I import a university timetable from an image or PDF?
Timetable import is available when setting up your university schedule, using an image or PDF you select. Review the imported classes, days and times before confirming them, and correct any inaccurate information.
How do I start a sleep session?
Open Sleep and start a new session. You can start without an alarm, and allow microphone access if you want to detect sleep sounds. Detection begins after a waiting period. Results are estimates and may miss or misclassify sounds.
Are sleep recordings uploaded to a server?
Audio is not uploaded to a server. Recordings are encrypted and stored locally on your device. The default retention period is 20 nights. In Settings, open sleep recording retention to choose 100 nights or forever. Favorites are not deleted automatically.
Is usage analytics sharing required?
No. Sharing is off by default and can be enabled or disabled in Settings. When enabled, general feature-use events are sent through Firebase Analytics, without schedule contents or times, recordings, health data, your name or your email address. The privacy policy explains the details.
How do I change the app language?
Open Settings, then Language, and choose Arabic, English or System to follow your iOS language setting. The interface direction follows your chosen language.
How do I change the app appearance?
In Settings, open Appearance and choose Light, Dark or System. System follows your device’s appearance.
How do I contact Dwamk support?
Email support@dwamk.com with a description of the issue, your app version and iPhone model. Do not send passwords, sensitive information or private audio recordings.
